Tutorials on physics of behavior are now available

With colleagues at the Biological Physics Theory Unit we have published a collection of tutorials on physics of behavior, utilizing machine-learning techniques to understand fundamental properties of living organisms.

The tutorials combine machine vision, linear algebra, and dynamical system techniques, covering the following topics:

1. Posture Space Analysis using Principal Component Analysis (PCA)

2. Reconstructing Posture Space Dynamics

3. Markov Chains for Behavioral Modeling
